Travel Trailer Repair in Diamond Bar

When it comes to travel trailer repairs in Diamond Bar, the biggest headache is often the uncertainty. Whether it’s a vague estimate, an endless wait time, or a shop that doesn't truly specialize in trailers, the frustration can quickly drain the excitement out of your next trip.

If you’re located near Grand Ave or Diamond Bar Blvd, you need a repair partner that understands both the intricate systems of a modern trailer and the urgency of your travel plans. That is exactly why RV owners across Southern California have relied on McBride’s RV Service & Paint since 1967.

COMMON ISSUES THAT STOP YOUR ADVENTURE

Common Issues That Stop Your Adventure

Travel trailers represent freedom, but a mechanical or structural failure can bring that to a grinding halt. We frequently help Diamond Bar residents with:

  • Structural Damage: Repairs from curb strikes or freeway incidents on the 57 or 60.
  • Water Intrusion: Fixing leaks after heavy rains that threaten your walls, floors, and insulation.
  • Slide-Out Malfunctions: Resolving issues where slides won't extend or seal correctly.
  • Safety Hazards: Addressing brake, axle, or suspension problems that make towing dangerous.
  • Cosmetic Wear: Restoring damage that impacts your trailer's resale value or its acceptance at premium campgrounds.

  2. Transparent Updates: You’ll receive a clear explanation of what needs to be fixed and why it matters for your safety.
  3. Expert Execution: Repairs are performed by certified technicians following manufacturer-approved protocols.
  4. Insurance Coordination: We work directly with major carriers like AAA, Progressive, and GEICO to handle the paperwork and minimize your stress.

Labor rate is kinda high so I’d only use them for the stuff I couldn’t do myself. Overall good experience. Seemed like it was there longer than needed could’ve been waiting on parts not sure. I’d use them again. - 6/17/2026

I took my 1997 renovation project Fleetwood PaceArrow in for major mechanical service. I also paid for an hour of inspection on my failed slide out and got a great quote on the labor and parts for when I'm ready to invest in that repair next. I was a little weary initially that the service price on the phone when I called was told to me as around $500 range and then in person at drop-off the price was actually around $900 for the major service. But the girl who took my appointment over the phone had warned me that she was new and wasn't certain of the prices on anything. The service was great and I'm glad I chose to continue despite the wide price difference to what I was anticipating. Mike and Danny are stellar, and I know the place I'll be bringing my renovation back to with any repair needs in the future that I can't handle myself. The quotes for the slide out, and suggested drive train work, were both also very reasonable. - 6/04/2026

We had invisible brakes installed on our jeep to tow behind our coach. They worked extra hard to finish the job so we could take the jeep on vacation. Thank you McBride's RV. - 3/22/2026

Took my toy hauler for an estimate to fix slide, generator and transfer fuel pump. Parts needed to be ordered and since I had a trip coming up I picked up my trailer. When parts arrived took it back and it was completed in 2 days. Their staff is very friendly. What I really like about them is their scheduling. Gave me a date and time for both drop offs and pick ups. I was very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them. - 3/12/2026
