What makes RV body and paint work different from a car?
The materials and the size are different, and that changes everything about the repair. An RV body might be fiberglass, aluminum, or filon over a wood or aluminum frame, and each one repairs differently. Fiberglass cracks and delaminates and is restored with layup, filler, and refinishing. An aluminum or metal panel dents and is worked or replaced. Treat one like the other and the repair fails: a fiberglass crack filled like a metal dent comes back, and a metal panel worked like fiberglass never sits flat. RV panels are also large and often curved, with multi-color graphics that have to be matched and blended rather than simply sprayed. That is why this work needs both the room and the equipment most shops do not have.

Our 40-foot enclosed paint booth controls dust and temperature across a full-length motorhome so the finish lays down even and cures correctly. For color, we match the existing finish, including faded and aged paint, so a repair blends into the surrounding panel instead of standing out as a patch. Most shops near Chino simply do not have a booth that fits a coach this size, which is the single biggest reason RV owners across the Inland Empire bring their paint work to us.

We run RV collision claims in-house, so you are not managing the paperwork yourself. We document the damage, build the estimate, and work any supplement directly with your adjuster so the coach is repaired correctly rather than down to the lowest first figure. Can a cracked fiberglass RV panel be repaired, or does it need replacing?
Many cracks are repairable with a proper layup and refinish when the structure behind them is sound. Replacement is reserved for panels where the damage or delamination is too extensive to restore. We make that call after we see what is behind the skin, and we show you before we quote it.
Will fresh paint match my faded RV?
Yes. Matching aged and faded finishes is part of the job. We match and blend into the existing panels rather than spraying a patch that stands out, which is exactly what the enclosed booth and our color matching are built for.
